Hip-Hop? Heck Yea!

Yesterday's Caloric Results
  • Calories Burned: 3194 (Goal 2500)
    • Step Class: 473
    • Turbo Kickboxing Class: 713
  • Calories Consumed: 1626 (Goal 1500) I had a sweet tooth last night and had some yogurt covered raisins, they put me over my calories for the day.
  • Caloric Deficit: 1568 (Goal 1000)
 I woke up this morning still sore from either the run or lifting or both. Not debilitating soreness, just annoying can't put my all into my workouts soreness. I decided not to do Body Pump class with Cathie to give my muscles some time to recover. Stayed home in the morning had a banana, a fat free english muffin with almond butter for breakfast and ran some errands. At 12pm I headed to the downtown gym to do another Pilates class.I didn't enjoy this class as much as last nights, but it was still a good class.

In sticking with my week of trying new things at the gym. I took a straight Kickboxing class, and a Hip-Hop class. I didn't really like the Kickboxing class and the Hip-Hop class was fun. (The blog site deleted all my funny commentary on the hip hop class... so sorry if you didn't read it before it got deleted)
